Topics discussed included the impetus for institutional change in art museums; New York City’s position in the art world; developments in the art infrastructures of Africa and East Asia; trends in gallery practices; responses to the turmoil in recent politics and the climate crisis; the ongoing rise of data-driven art sales; innovations in patronage; and the impact of digital art technologies.
